Crystalbrook Byron, a luxury 5‑star resort nestled near Byron Bay, is seeking a driven Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You will help deliver award‑winning cuisine and mentor a talented crew across service periods.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist with menu creation, cost control, health and safety, and close collaboration with the F&B; service team to ensure memorable guest experiences.
