We're looking for an experienced RTW / Injury Management Coordinator to join a well-established community services organisation in Sydney's south. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting injured workers, managing workers' compensation claims and helping people achieve positive return-to-work outcomes.

The role will involve:

- Managing workers' compensation claims and RTW plans
- Supporting employees and managers through the injury management process
- Liaising with insurers, medical professionals and other stakeholders
- Coordinating suitable duties and workplace adjustments
- Supporting injury prevention and wellbeing initiatives

What we're looking for:

- Experience in injury management and return to work coordination
- Sound knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- RTW Coordinator certification
- Experience in healthcare, disability or community services would be advantageous
- Adaptable working arrangements available, with a supportive team and the opportunity to make a genuine difference.
