The Fortitudo Group has a portfolio of seven hotels, along with four attached drive-thru bottle shops and a network of detached bottle shops. About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant, creative and passionate Venue Manager to lead our team. The successful applicant will need to have exceptional management skills and experience in managing a fast-paced venue. A commitment to leading a team and driving exceptional customer experiences is a must.

Required Essential Attributes:

Min. 3-5 Years experience in a similar role

Ability to lead and manage a team

Manage all day to day venue operations including financials, rosters, wages, supplies, KPI's etc

Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction





Organised and focused

The ability to implement and adhere to policy and procedures

Reliable and presentable

Enthusiastic with a passion for the industry

RMLV and Approved Managers Licence

Your drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience will be the key within this role. All whilst in leading the team to success through a hands-on approach teaching new skills and expectations to the staff, to help build a strong hospitality team with a focus on delivering exceptional service towards our customers is aMUST.

Reporting directly to the Group General Manager, you will be overall responsible for leading the team culture, customer experience and the compliant operation of the hotel.
