UGL is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across major projects in Australia. You will drive governance, financial performance, contract compliance and project controls, mentoring Project Managers and Contract Administrators within the UGL Way framework.

You will partner with senior customer and JV leadership to optimise commercial outcomes, manage risks and ensure timely payments and positive cash flow.
