Pullman & Mercure King George Square in Brisbane is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead our Goldfinch Restaurant, Street Café, Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar and KG Sports Bar. You will oversee daily service, optimize guest experiences and drive revenue through staff development.

You will manage a hands-on team, schedule across shifts, maintain costs and uphold safety and hygiene standards while delivering service excellence. Accor advantages apply.
