Epicor seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of ~80 ANZ accounts, ensuring value realization from Epicor Senior Living and Kinetic products. You will partner with customers post-sale, drive retention, and collaborate with sales, support, and product teams.

You will monitor health metrics, identify growth opportunities, and guide strategic reviews to meet business objectives. Travel across Australia and Recent Zealand is expected.
