The Role
This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of mortgage broking. Based in our Bundall office, you’ll be working closely with experienced brokers, learning the end-to-end loan process, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting brokers with loan applications, documentation, and client follow-ups.
- Learning to navigate CRM systems and financial software like MyCRM and Apply Online.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and referral partners (real estate agents, accountants, etc.).
- Supporting the loan process from application submission to settlement.
- Developing a strong understanding of lender policies and loan products.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for finance and a desire to start a career in mortgage broking.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Tech-savviness and the ability to adapt to recent systems and processes.
No Experience? No Problem!
- A background in customer service and sales is beneficial but not required.
- We offer training and support to help you gain industry knowledge.
- A Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to complete one) is preferred but not essential.
