C&K; Association is seeking a proactive Family Engagement and Growth Manager to design and implement enrolment systems across our Queensland childcare services. You will own the end-to-end enrolment process, improve lead conversion and foster robust family relationships to support occupancy growth.
You’ll work with autonomy to create scalable processes, monitor outcomes, and partner with centre leaders and Marketing to deliver sustainable enrolment targets and exceptional family experiences.
