CJD Equipment is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor to deliver practical HR support to employees and leaders across the employee lifecycle. You will champion the HRIS (ELMO) onboarding and recruitment modules and help train and implement across the organisation.
The role requires solid knowledge of Australian employment law, ER, performance and recruitment, with experience advising senior leaders and a commitment to CJD’s values and culture. On-site flexibility in WA is expected.
