About the role
An prospect has become available for a Supervisor to join ourWA Service team based in Welshpool. Reporting to the WA ServiceManager you will be responsible for a team of 5 Field ServiceTechnicians as well as provide support, technical assistance andtraining to the states network of Service Providers and appointedService Agents.
You will:
- Ensure all field service work is carried out in anefficient and effective manner
- Assist and support technicians resolving service technicaldifficulties
- Conduct regular site visits,
monthly meetings and helpresolve dispute/customer complaints
- Quote major types of installation work for RheemProducts
- Ensure all field staff are sufficiently trained in beingable to install and service Rheem products that fall withintheir qualifications
- Report Product faults to the Service Manager and relevantstakeholders
- Ensure that field staff levels meet the desiredrequirements for service call demands
- Provide support and liaise with Service Agents includingregular visits for training
- Carry out regular inspections of general servicevehicles
- Maintain a high level of commitment to Rheem Corporate,Quality & WHS procedures
About you
We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated,energetic, and reliable. You will ideally have:
- Trade qualifications in either Refrigeration orPlumbing
- Additional electrical licence or at minimum a RestrictedElectrical licence
- People leadership experience
- Comfortable with the use of electroniccommunication/information devices.
As you progress through the process, you will be required tocomplete a pre-employment medical in addition to background andreference checks.
