AVANI Broadbeach Residences on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead property operations on a full time basis. You will oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate vendors and contractors, ensure WHS compliance and drive efficiency across building systems.

The role requires proven experience in building operations, leadership of maintenance teams, and a proactive approach to asset care and sustainability initiatives.
