Northern Beaches Hospital in Sydney’s Northern Beaches region is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 to lead the ICU. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring secure, compassionate care for critically ill patients within a modern, purpose-built facility.

You will lead a skilled nursing team, drive clinical governance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver outstanding patient care, education, and continuous improvement in a high-volume ICU environment.
