You will run an onsite office, manage leasing, inspections, rent arrears, and maintenance with autonomy, supported by established systems and a solid leadership team.
You will oversee tenancy lifecycle, compliance with tenancy laws, and reporting, while coordinating with owners, residents, and Body Corporate.
