Helping Hand Aged Care is seeking an Operations Support Officer – Rostering/Scheduling to join our Salisbury South team. You will develop and maintain staff rosters across our home care services, adjust schedules in real time, and support service administration to ensure smooth delivery of care.

The role operates across a seven-day roster with shifts between 7am and 8pm, requiring flexibility for morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
