Weploy is hiring several Customer Support Specialists in Sydney CBD to join a busy Client Services team. This is a 6-week assignment with potential extension or permanency for the right candidates, and a hybrid arrangement requiring about two days in the office each week.
Initial training will require 2–3 days in the office to learn systems and build product knowledge. You’ll handle inbound calls, emails, and admin tasks, supporting customers through product queries and processes.
