The Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) in the SCHN Respiratory Protection Program (RPP) will be responsible for the ongoing facilitation of the SCHN RPP.
The CNS 2 is required to:

- Develop,



plan and deliver the SCHN Fit Training Assessor Training program as guided by the Clinical Excellence Commission.
- Be responsible for consulting, collaborating, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify specific educational and fit testing needs.
- Coordinate annual staff assessments and support current assessors.
- Exercise extended autonomy of decision making while working closely with managers and other senior clinicians.
- Supervise and support RPP Fit Test Assessors within the SCHN
- Support the development and review of SCHN RPP policies, procedures, and standards.
- Contribute to evaluation of the SCHN RPP through data collection and reporting.
