Westpoint Autos Moorooka is seeking expressions of interest for a Sales Manager. This role offers the opportunity to build and shape the team, culture and results from the ground up, with hands-on leadership mentoring and solid manufacturer support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop your sales team to beat sales, gross and CSI targets
- Set the tone on the floor and own the department's performance
- Develop consultants through regular one-on-one coaching
- Run day-to-day operations including lead management, stock control and showroom presentation
- Work directly with the General Manager to shape strategy and hit dealership goals
- Track KPIs and act early to keep the team on track
- Deliver a standout customer experience from first contact to handover
- Build strong relationships with the manufacturer and uphold franchise standards
- Recruit and grow the next wave of sales talent
About you
- Track record of success in automotive sales with leadership experience as a Sales Manager,
2IC or Selling Sales Manager
- Experience developing people and building high-performing teams
- Commercially sharp with clear focus on volume and gross
- Energetic, adaptable and excited by the challenge of a growing brand
- Strong at building relationships with customers, staff and the manufacturer
- OTE $150,000+ with strong base and performance incentives
