About the role

An established Australian financial services business is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support its growing non-bank lending business, specialising in residential mortgages and commercial property lending.

This is an opportunity to join a hands-on team and support regulatory compliance across consumer credit and lending activities.

Key responsibilities

- Support the compliance framework and ongoing monitoring activities.




- Interpret and apply NCCP Act requirements and Australian Credit Licence obligations.
- Conduct compliance reviews, testing and reporting.
- Maintain compliance policies, procedures and registers.
- Identify regulatory risks and work with stakeholders to address compliance issues.

About you

- Experience in compliance within non-bank lending, fintech, retail banking or broader financial services.
- Working knowledge of the NCCP Act and consumer credit regulations.
- Understanding of Australian Credit Licence obligations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and stakeholder management capabilities.
