CatholicCare Diocese Of Broken Bay is seeking a House Supervisor for its Intensive Therapeutic Care house in Wagga Wagga. You will lead a therapeutic residential team, mentor Youth Workers, and ensure budgets, reporting and compliance align with child protection standards.

Flexible work options include 3 days in-house and 2 days remote, with periodic 24/7 on-call shifts. Solid trauma-informed care background and relevant tertiary qualifications are essential for this full-time role.
