About the Role
You’ll help create safe, engaging and inclusive environments where children can learn, play, grow and belong by:
- Supporting play-based learning experiences
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Encouraging children's confidence, wellbeing and development
- Contributing to quality programs and activities
- Maintaining our commitment to child safety and wellbeing
About You
You’ll have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, School Age Education and Care, or equivalent
- A current Blue Card
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A reliable and positive approach to work
- Availability across our operating hours
- Reliable transport (desirable for educators supporting multiple services)
