Hot Water Sydney / Howard Plumbing Sydney is seeking an experienced Scheduler to keep our team of plumbers moving from our Banksmeadow office. The role runs five days a week, 8:00am–5:00pm, coordinating strata, real estate and residential jobs across Sydney.

You’ll schedule and dispatch using SimPRO, book access with owners and managers, handle urgent work, and liaise with clients to keep everyone informed. Robust organisation and a calm demeanor under pressure are essential.
