Aptella is seeking a hands-on sales leader to combine strategy, people leadership and customer engagement in a senior civil sales role. You will lead and develop the Civil sales team, shape and execute sales plans, and manage key customer relationships to grow Aptella’s market presence.
You’ll partner with regional leaders, Sales Operations, Rental and Marketing to translate strategy into action and deliver a top-tier customer experience. Travel to client sites will be required.
