EGR Group, a leading Australian manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on Production Technician for their Wacol facility. The role focuses on operating and optimising the Edge Banding Extrusion Line, testing recent equipment, troubleshooting, and driving process improvements to ensure high-quality edge banding products.

You will work closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams to uphold efficiency, safety and documentation standards while developing technical expertise in extrusion processes.
