Seeking a strong supervisor with expertise in Telecommunications fixed infrastructure.
As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Oversee site deployment and maintenance to meet specifications.
- Lead field teams for efficient project execution.
- Plan projects to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage vendors and procurement activities.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess infrastructure needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for tracking and reporting.
- Foster positive customer relationships throughout project lifecycles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
What we are looking for?
- Civil experience
- Capable of understanding rod and rope practices.
- Experience with NBN and or Telstra Works
- Capable of supervising field resources.
- Construction experience preferred.
