Life Without Barriers is seeking a House Manager to oversee daily operations of one of our residential care homes in Kalgoorlie, ensuring a secure and therapeutic environment for children and young people.

You will lead a dedicated team of residential support workers, implement care plans, support education and family connections, and model Therapeutic Crisis Intervention practices in a supportive, collaborative culture.
