CSIRO’s Oceanographic Calibration Facility in Hobart is seeking a Calibration Facility Technician to perform hands-on calibration work on oceanographic instruments, operate specialised calibration equipment, analyse data and generate calibration reports.

You will gain on-the-job training in oceanographic instrumentation, reference standards handling and calibration system improvements, while supporting protected lab operations and compliance with accreditation requirements.
