Australian Motoring Services Pty is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join on a temporary basis from our Melbourne office with a hybrid work setup. You will manage a high volume of customer support tickets and handle inquiries through to resolution.

Candidates should be tech-savvy, confident with customer enquiries, and able to work in a rapid-paced ticket environment. Zendesk experience is highly regarded and you will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
