Bureau is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist in Melbourne to own the Australian order fulfilment lifecycle, freight, warehousing and installations. You’ll coordinate stock, schedule carriers and manage third-party partners to ensure on-time delivery and seamless customer experience.
You will work closely with Sales and a global operations team, using HubSpot and inFlow to track orders, stock and tickets. Occasional early mornings or late afternoons align with North American hours.
