Working closely with the property management team, you’ll help deliver a smooth leasing experience for rental providers and prospective renters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting open-for-inspections and private property viewings
- Responding to rental enquiries and following up with prospective renters
- Processing rental applications and coordinating reference checks
- Keeping rental providers and the property management team informed
- Assisting with property advertising and leasing administration
- Building positive relationships through professional, friendly communication

About you:
You’re approachable, proactive and comfortable managing a busy schedule. You take pride in your presentation, follow through on commitments and understand the importance of keeping people informed.
You’ll bring:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
- A current Victorian Agent’s Representative qualification or relevant real estate registration
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability for Saturday inspections
Previous leasing or real estate experience will be highly regarded.
