Morrisons in Australia (Helensburgh) is seeking a Checkout Team Leader to drive the front end of store operations. You will be visible on the shop floor, supporting colleagues with headsets and keeping queues moving to help customers get on with their day.
You’ll lead a friendly team, coach performance, ensure cash handling and daily processes are compliant, and use store reports and dashboards to spot issues, fix problems quickly, and continuously improve the checkout experience.
