Beautiful Minds Therapy Support in Mackay, QLD is seeking a compassionate NDIS Case Manager to join our team in a full time capacity. You will collaborate with participants, families and service providers to develop person-centred support plans within the NDIS framework.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, review plans, coordinate services and advocate to protect participants’ rights and preferences, while keeping detailed records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
