Effective formative assessment, meaningful feedback, and high-impact teaching strategies are integral to our whole-school instructional approach to teaching and learning. The successful applicant will ideally be committed to ongoing professional growth through coaching, observation, feedback, and collaboration with colleagues. A strong understanding of differentiation, assessment, and inclusive practices is highly regarded, along with the ability to contribute positively to collaborative teams and a culture of continuous improvement.
