We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gaming Team Leader to help drive exceptional service, operational excellence, and strong team performance within our busy gaming environment.

About the Role
In this leadership role, you will:

- Run the gaming floor with precision, ensuring shifts, workflows, and service delivery are seamless.

- Manage gaming calls and support the Duty Manager in achieving operational excellence.

- Maintain compliance with all gaming regulations and uphold a safe working setting.

- Deliver exceptional service to our tiered members and guests.

- Train, mentor, and develop team members to perform at their best.

- Handle performance management with professionalism and care.

- Work a rotating roster that includes weekdays, weekends, and late-night shifts.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience working in a busy gaming environment.

- A strong understanding of gaming operations, compliance requirements, and responsible gambling practices.





- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive guest experiences.

- The confidence and initiative to lead by example and support team performance.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

- The ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

- Current RSA, RCG, and ARCG qualifications
