Evolution Mining's Cowal Gold Operations in NSW seeks a skilled Gold Room Operator to transform recovered gold into doré bullion with a strong focus on safety and precision. You'll work in a secure, processing-focused setting on a 5:2/4:3 roster, residential in West Wyalong, 10-hour day shifts.

You'll gain exposure to electrowinning, elution, regeneration, smelting and bullion production, building niche expertise within a collaborative team.
