We’re currently hiring a Paralegal to support our existing legal team with legal reviews, research, drafting, and day-to-day contract work. This role will provide hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced in‑house environment, while helping our team manage increasing workflow and deliver timely, high‑quality legal support to the wider business.

*This is a casual role based in our office in Macquarie Park 1-2 days per week.

What you’ll do:

- Assist in reviewing marketing materials for compliance with advertising laws and brand guidelines.
- Review and flag risks in Non-Disclosure Agreements using an established checklist.
- Assist with initial contract review to streamline the legal team’s workflow.
- Ensure legal DISCLAIMERS and terms are properly applied across documents and assets.




- Assist in developing guidelines and training materials.
- Manage internal approval requests.
- Currently studying (or recently completed) a Law degree.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Prior paralegal, internship, clerkship, or volunteer experience in a legal environment is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise documents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
