BUSY At Work, part of The BUSY Group, is seeking a role based in Aitkenvale (Townsville) to build and maintain relationships with local employers, understand their resourcing needs, and effectively match candidates to opportunities.

You will work full time, 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday in the office, with a focus on pipeline development, job readiness, and post-placement support. A generous bonus structure and training budget support ongoing growth.
