The Opportunity As the Pharmacist Manager
You will be responsible for overseeing the dispensary team, ensuring professional and legislative compliance, driving qualified services, and supporting the ongoing growth of the pharmacy. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient care while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing dispensary staff
- Ensuring safe, accurate and compliant dispensing practices
- Driving vaccinations, professional services and health programs
- Supporting community healthcare initiatives
- Monitoring dispensary performance and financial outcomes
- Managing inventory, compliance and operational standards
- Maintaining QCPP and regulatory requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer and patient experiences
About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience
- Strong people leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A passion for patient care and community health outcomes
