RSL LifeCare is seeking a part time Veteran Housing Peer Worker to join the Homes for Heroes team, working three days per week. The role focuses on veterans with lived experience of housing instability, providing trauma-informed, strengths-based peer support to assist transitions into long-term housing.
You will walk alongside veterans, helping them access services, build confidence and reconnect with local supports.
