OTR is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multiple sites in the Victoria region, reporting to the State Manager. You will drive sales growth, optimise costs and embed strategic initiatives while supporting a secure, high-performing culture across the state.

You will partner with Area Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver EBITDA targets and strategic outcomes, while fostering leadership capability and execution discipline across the network.
