Insignia Financial in Hobart is seeking a Team Lead Systems Engineer to join our Technology I Infrastructure Services. This newly created role combines technical leadership with people leadership, coaching up to 10 engineers and contractors in a hands-on workplace.

You will guide operations across Windows Server and Microsoft 365, manage ServiceNow queues and SLAs, and drive continuous improvement and automation. You’ll balance delivery with developing your team and shaping platform strategies.
