Southport Sharks is seeking an experienced Events Team Leader to join the Events team. This hands-on leadership role covers a diverse calendar—from school graduations to galas and major tournaments—driving setup, service and successful delivery with the team.

You will lead from the floor, coordinate with Kitchen and operations, and ensure high standards of guest experience, safety and presentation across all events.
