BlueCare in Morayfield is seeking a Clinical Nurse in community services. You will lead and mentor frontline staff, reviewing care plans to promote independence and quality of life for clients at home in the community.

The role requires an experienced clinician with a Bachelor of Nursing, robust communication, and the ability to coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team. A driver’s licence and a suitable vehicle are essential.
