About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll support older Australians to live independently and confidently in their own homes while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You will provide:

- Personal care including showering, dressing and grooming
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Medication support (where applicable)
- Meal preparation and light household tasks
- Domestic assistance including cleaning and laundry
- Social support and companionship




- Support that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing

About You

We're seeking experienced carers who genuinely enjoy working one-on-one with older people in the comfort of their own home.

To be successful, you will have:

- A minimum of 12 months' experience providing personal care in aged care, disability or hospital settings and/or a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home & Community Care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for supporting older Australians to live independently at home
- A current Australian Driver's Licence (International licence not accepted)
- A comprehensively insured car

Availability Requirements

Lower Coast

- Supporting customers across Fremantle, Bibra Lake, Booragoon and surrounding areas
- Available to work shifts between 8am - 5pm
- Available across 3-4 weekdays at minimum

You must also be available to complete our paid2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training Program when you commence.
