We are seeking a new production operator at our Pinkenba Cement site to assist in the production of powdered cement products for commercial and industrial use.
About the Role
- $46.41 - 51.90 per hour (dependent on exp) inclusive of shift penalties
- Permanent Fulltime role working on sportsman roster with a mix of day and night shifts, 84 hours per fortnight.
- Rotating sportsman's roster with 12 hour shifts, three guaranteed fri-sun long weekends per month
- Operation of forklift, front end loader and excavator for loading and unloading of product and product stockpiling
- Operation of bulk cement production equipment including conveyors, grinding, milling and production lines
About you
Clean shaven site requirement due to dust risk management
Experience and competence operating forklifts, loaders and excavators
Mechanically minded with exposure to a continuously operating site
Ability to work in a physically demanding role
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks - includes Medical + Drug & Alcohol + Police Check
