Make a Real Difference - Join Us as an Experienced Personal Support Worker

We are seeking student nurses or those experienced and reliable personal support workers to join our team throughout Brisbane and Surrounds.

- Must be able to attend multple days of paid training with your clients
- Great opportunity for Nursing Students or Experience in the Industry
- Those with spinal/paraplegic/quadriplegic experience highly regarded

In this role, you'll provide person-centred, high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including:

- Ventilators, PEG Feeding, Bladder Washout, Stoma Care, Peristeen and Tracheostomy Care
- Personal Care and Hygiene including enemas and suppositories
- Mobility and transfers using hoists, slide boards, and slide sheets
- Monitoring health conditions, checking pressure areas, and assisting with medications.

Your support will make a meaningful difference every day.

What We're Looking For

We want team members that are:

- Available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, active overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experienced in nursing/disability support or currently studying.




- Confident and willing to train in complex care.
- Robust and authentic communicators.

Essential Requirements

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Completed relevant qualification, or working towards a relevant qualification
- Current Working with Children and NDIS Workers Screening Card, or willingness to obtain
- Smartphone device
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation module, or willingness to obtain
