Evolution Mining is seeking a Mining Engineer at Cowal Operations to shape the future of one of Australia’s premier open pit mining operations. You will translate mine plans into protected, efficient production while building strong stakeholder relationships across operations, geology, survey and geotechnical teams.

The role offers an 8:6 roster with 12-hour shifts, enabling genuine work-life balance. Based at Cowal, you’ll develop short-term plans and drive operational success.
