Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Dispatch & Warehouse Operator to join our client's busy team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Checking outgoing goods for accuracy and quality
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Booking freight and preparing dispatch documentation
- Managing stock movements and inventory records
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Liaising with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) highly desirable
- Experience operating a forklift is advantageous but not essential
