Roll'd Vietnamese on the Gold Coast is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 20+ strong team in a quick-paced flagship. You’ll recruit, train and mentor staff while driving service excellence and sales.

You’ll manage stock, wastage and budgets, ensure food safety and compliance, and partner with marketing to grow community engagement and B2B catering. Flexible rostering and weekly pay with bonuses are part of the package.
