Nextt is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred in-home support in East Maitland. The role covers complex care needs, personal care, hoist transfers and medication administration, working across morning, midday and evening shifts.

Applicants should have disability support experience, compliance with checks, and a patient, trauma-informed approach. Casual positions pay SCHADS Award E3.1 rates with employer-supported training.
