The business is rolling out a new platform Queensland wide and requires analytics and insights during and after rollout.

This role builds the reporting, dashboards and insights that show leadership how the rollout is tracking.

Skills and experience required...

- Reporting and analytics within large, complex programs or organisational change initiatives
- Building dashboards and visualisations using BI and reporting tools
- Data analysis, trend identification and forecasting, and turning complex information into actionable insights
- Working with large datasets from multiple sources, including legacy and new systems
- Developing reporting frameworks, performance metrics and benefits realisation reporting
- Preparing reports, presentations and briefings for leadership and governance groups
- Stakeholder engagement and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid data quality focus and attention to detail
- Education, workforce management or enterprise systems implementation experience (desirable)

Australian permanent residency status is required for this position. A clear Criminal History Check is required prior to commencement.
